Sue Phillips, MPubHlth, is an experienced health technology professional with a strong policy understanding of access and pharmaceutical reimbursement requirements in Australia and New Zealand and is Co-Director of HEARS, a boutique consulting firm based in Melbourne, Australia. Sue has over 18 years of experience in the health industry occupying senior positions in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and undertaking health technology assessments of pharmaceuticals in oncology, haematology, immunology, cardiovascular and infectious diseases. Her special interests lie in public health policy and in the economics of healthy ageing and well-being. Sue is currently completing a PhD in healthy ageing, and brings to AHAO her experience in healthcare access and funding across Australia combined with strong project management and governance skills.
